Sometimes we are not able to access the server via SSH due to some misconfigurations on your SSH configuration file. In cPanel, we can change SSH configuration file back to default using the cPanel/WHM Autofixer.
You need append the following to your WHM URL and then login via SSH.
/scripts2/doautofixer?autofix=safesshrestart
For example, if your server IP is X.X.X.X, then you need to use:
https://X.X.X.X:2087/scripts2/doautofixer?autofix=safesshrestart
then the SSH configuration files will be changed to default.
