How to Install Ubuntu Cleaner
This post will help you to install Ubuntu Cleaner on your Ubuntu system. Ubuntu Cleaner is a system cleaning App. You can install it by adding its own PPA.
Install:
sudo add-apt-repository ppa:gerardpuig/ppa sudo apt-get update sudo apt-get install ubuntu-cleaner
Uninstall:
You can simply uninstall Ubuntu Cleaner using the following command:
sudo apt --purge remove ubuntu-cleaner sudo add-apt-repository --remove ppa:gerardpuig/ppa
Ubuntu cleaner is an open-source application. It offers a similar interface of the Ubuntu Tweak (Discontinued) Janitor section. This application will help you to clean:
- Apps Cache
- Thumbnail Cache
- Apt Cache
- Old Kernel
- Package Configs
- Unneeded Packages
